猶予が延びても、その間に中身のあるルールまで固まるかは別の話やと思う。禁止の線引きがはっきりせんままやと、農家も業者も動きようがないんちゃうかな。過去にも先送りがあった気がするけど、うろ覚えやけど。 ---

いや延びただけだよ、それ。下院は8月まで休みだし、書類ある原料でいくって言っても、その書類の基準が12月に変わらない保証ないでしょ。 こっちは締め切り今日なのに何も見えてないけど。 ---
